Refund Policy – UniAdmits
At UniAdmits, we strive to provide the best possible support to students throughout their admission and visa application process. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Below are the refund policies and terms applicable to our services:
1. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
a. Admission Not Secured by UniAdmits
• If UniAdmits fails to secure admission for the student in any university, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting the actual university application fees and any other applicable processing charges.
b. Visa Rejection & Refund Policy
• If the student has paid the full service fee of ₹1,50,000 at the time of registration and the visa application is rejected, UniAdmits will refund ₹1,00,000 under the following conditions:
o The visa was refused due to insufficient financial proof or lack of a continuous and trustworthy financial source to support studies in Italy.
o The documents submitted do not demonstrate a clear intent to return to the student’s home country before the expiration of the visa (as per Article 4 of Decree 11th May 2011, No. 850).
c. Non-Refundable Cases
• If the visa is refused due to poor interview performance, the refund policy depends on the refusal reasons:
o If the refusal states: “The interview held on (date) was not satisfactory,” along with the above financial or intent-related reasons, no refund will be provided. Since the interview is based on the student’s communication skills and personal performance, UniAdmits cannot take responsibility for the outcome. However, we will conduct multiple mock interview sessions to prepare the student in advance.
• If the student fails to appear for the interview/test or loses admission due to non-compliance with university or embassy requirements, no refund will be granted.
• If the student withdraws from the process voluntarily at any stage, no refund will be provided.
2. Payment & Refund Process
• All payments must be made directly to UniAdmits’ official bank account to ensure proper documentation and receipt issuance.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval, and the amount will be transferred back to the original payment method.
• Any additional government fees, courier charges, or third-party expenses incurred are non-refundable under any circumstances.
By proceeding with the application process, the student agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
