1.  Payment Details

a.  Initial Registration Fee and Application Commencement:

Upon receiving an initial registration cum documentation fee of Rs. 50,000, UniAdmits will begin the application process.

b.  Admission Confirmation:

Upon confirmation of admission, the Student will pay the second installment of Rs. 70,000 to proceed with pre-enrollment and scholarship application.

c.  Scholarship Application:

After scholarship application completion the third instalment will be of Rs. 30,000.

Total Fees: Rs. 1,50,000 (in Three installments: Rs. 50,000, Rs. 70,000, Rs. 30,000)

2. Refund Policy

• The If UnIAdmits doesn’t provide any admission confirmation to the client, then the company will refund the registration fee after deducting the application fee.
• If the Student pays the full amount of the service fee i.e., 1.5 Lakhs at the time of registration, then upon visa rejection the company will refund the amount of 1,00,000 without any question asking. If the refusal reasons lie under these points: –
  • The financial means from a trustworthy and continuous source, to support your studies in Italy, are not adequate.
  • The documents provided do not allow to establish with certainty your intention to return to your Country of origin before the expiration of your visa (article 4 of Decree 11^th May 2011, nо. 850).
• “The interview held on (Date) was not satisfactory;” If this reason is also there along with above reasons, then there will be no refunds. Because it completely depends on Student’s communication skills and interview performance. Although UniAdmits will do several mock interview practices with Student before the real interview.

• The client has been instructed to pay any amount directly to the company account only to collect the receipt for the same.

3. Privacy Policy

• UniAdmits will use the client’s personal data, documents, and other required information for the complete study visa process and the client gives his consent for the same without any
• After the successful completion of the study visa process, the company can use the Student’s achievement for the purpose of promotional activities of the company.
• If the Student has previously applied for any university, then he/she will share the credentials and update the company for the same.
